I would give them a five star review each and every time. I have recommended a couple of the people I work with to her as well, and they have been very, very pleased. Since I moved to Florida Dr. Lee-Chee has been my optometrist. Sometimes appointments run a little late but that's because she gives 100% to her patients. She is a true Blessing...... thank you Dr. Lee-Chee.

My pregnant wife had to wait 3 hours before she was seen. I’m not exaggerating. 3 hours. The actual appointment was under 10 minutes. She then forgot to call in the prescription to our pharmacy and the office was closed. Experience felt very rushed and the whole office feels like a quantity over quality type of establishment. My 85 year old grandmother had to wait 2 hours when she went, so I don’t believe my wife’s experience was a fluke. We won’t be returning, but this office likely won’t care with how many patients they’re looking to bill.
