Very thorough and in depth exams. Every other eye doctor I’ve been to said my eyes were fine, come to find out I have astigmatism. Same with my S/O he’s always been told he didn’t need glasses but has had issues with his eyes since he was young, we both left knowing we would receive our glasses within 2-3 weeks.

Best eye doctor I’ve ever seen. All of the technicians were pleasant and extremely helpful. As a new patient everything went smooth and quick, and my glasses were ready two weeks after!

I’ve been a patient since second grade and never had any issues, love the doctor she’s super sweet. But their new team is quite rude. For my visit on August 2nd they refused to take my insurance cards saying they’d find it some other way, then claimed I didn’t have insurance although I had the cards in my hand. I had to pay for my appointment completely then they told me they’d call me in a week to pick up my contacts. I never received a call. Called back about 2 weeks after and they told me to wait for the truck and they’d give me a call. I work 6 days a week mostly 12+ hours so I’m always busy and never have time to call during business hours, so I finally found the time on November 2nd, 2 months after my appointment, and the man who was genuinely nice tells me they were never ordered and he will have to place the order. My appointment for the 2nd was also supposed to be in June but they rescheduled it many times and it’s just ultimately been a giant inconvenience.
