The dr and assistant were very professional. Equipment was modern an very comfortable environment. The prescription works great . Best part is they re tested me with the new prescription in!

Dr. Blom, didn't tell us his name he didn't ask any questions he did not explain the drops he was putting in my daughter's eyes. I had to ask him what are the drops for, He didn't say her name... He didn't ask was she having any issues seeing in school. No communication skills, I had to ask what is her vision 20/50 and I asked him after the visit what is his name... My daughter said he was silent she had to ask him what was going on with her vision. I had to ask the assistant what was his name he didn't speak or talk he didn't explain to my daughter about the air in the eyes process...The front desk reps is always so nice...

This was my first appointment at this location, and I am so happy I chose this location today. Everyone was friendly and helpful, even folks I didn't talk to. I felt like I was at a friend's house-turned-LensCrafters, which sounds weird, but it's really a testament to the humanity I felt this morning. I especially like that great care was taken to ensure my contact lenses matched my lifestyle and viewing habits. These lenses are the best I've had. Thank you for making this my best eye exam experience ... ever!
