The eye doctor suggested Ortho-K lenses that helps and corrects vision overnight and my vision has never been better. I would also suggest making an appointment beforehand so that you don't have to wait a long period of time. The atmosphere is very friendly too!

The front desk is welcoming and efficient, and the doctor takes time to patiently answer all questions and concerns. Appointments are well organized and run on time.

Office was nice and clean. I was asked to bring a $100 cash deposit on arrival - what for, I am not certain. (Hence -1 star.) When I arrived for my appointment, I waited for about 30-45 minutes before getting an eye exam, and seeing the doctor. The waiting room was not crowded and everyone was wearing masks and could sit a good distance away from each other. The staff working there all sterilize all the tools/instruments, before and after, that you come in contact with. During my appointment I saw Dr. Hui, and Dr. Du also checked in for a few minutes as well to verify my eyes were healthy. As I have been to Dr.Du's office in the past, I was able to quickly get my vision prescription and reorder my contacts. Personally, I had no issues with the front desk.

The front desk staff were shockingly rude and extremely unprofessional. As soon as they heard me speaking Mandarin, they switched to Cantonese and started making negative comments about me to each other right in front of my face. Just because I don’t speak Cantonese fluently doesn’t mean I can’t understand what you’re saying. That behavior is disrespectful and completely inappropriate. This is a healthcare facility. Patients come here because they are not feeling well and deserve to be treated with basic human decency. Instead, the front desk staff act like they’re annoyed that patients even exist. What’s worse is that this wasn’t just directed at me. I watched them treat other patients with the same cold, dismissive attitude. No greeting, no empathy, just a constant sour expression and zero sense of professionalism. If you choose to work in healthcare, the bare minimum is to treat patients with respect. Unfortunately, the front desk here seems to have forgotten that completely.
