I went in for an eye exam yesterday and had the best experience! The staff and Dr.Nguyen were so attentive and sweet! The staff greeted me and already had my insurance verified so the check in process was easy. I got pretested and sent back with the doctor in less than 5 minutes! I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back every year!

If I could have gave no stars I would have definitely would. I arrived today at 425 for my 430 appointment just to be told I didn’t have benefits. Nobody tried to call my insurance to figure out the problem. I sat in office called my insurance provider to get the same information I had been providing for the lady 39 minutes to the lady in the front. For her to slam the paper down and say see this what it says no benefits can be verified. Only to discover she had been spelling my name incorrectly the entire time. Then instead of attempting to her mistake she continues to blame everyone but herself. No apology no nothing just excuses and attitude. I end up walking out because the attitude was not caused for when I only wanted to get my contact fitting completed. I would not recommend this place to anyone the office staff is pure rude.

I've seen Dr. Nguyen for 2-3 yrs. This last experience has been a nightmare. Despite three different trial pair of contacts, I still need reading glasses to write this review. My right eye is for distance, the left is for closeup, like for reading. The contacts I settled for are terrible. Dr. Nguyen told me to hold the materials out far enough away to fine the distance that would give me the sweet spot for reading. My arms aren't long enough to do so! I can't get close enough, or far enough away to read my computer screen. The right eye, for distance, is just as poor. I can't even read the the large green road signs, until I'm practically on them. Why did I settle? After 3 failed attempts I'm tried of trying. This is not the easiest of times to keep running back and forth to receive a proper prescriptionfor my eyes. I have used him in the past, but no more. I'm done with him.
