8/14/23 appointment. Check-in was fine. Doctor was great. Check-out process was painfully slow. It took 44 minutes from the time my exam ended for the woman to update my file, order my contact lenses and get my receipt and prescriptions printed out. Woman was nice but said she just started last Friday. But she did not know how to do anything. While I feel bad that she was new, it should not come at my expense. I’m not even 100% confident that my contacts got ordered. We’ll see. Fingers crossed. Update: over 2 weeks later and I still haven’t received my contacts. Called on 8/29/23 and no one could provide an update/tracking number. Said they’d check on it and call me back. Six hours later, no call. I called back and was told that the contacts would arrive by the end of the week. 9/1/23: still no contacts. Now I’m being told that they still haven’t even been shipped. I ended up canceling my order and requesting a refund. Even that was a process, as they didn’t take care of it when they said they would. Instead, they “waited” until I showed up at the store to make sure it was done properly. Ugh. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Waste of time, awful communication, and inept staff.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Really liked the Dt. He explained everything to me in understandable language. Staff very accommodating.
