Couldn't have asked for a better doctor for my eye surgeries.

Dr Biggs, as well the entire staff, are wonderful! Kind, courteous and helpful! Highly recommend.

Dr. Biggs at Oakland Eye was is superior at determining and making my first experience to an eye Dr easy and comfortable. 47 years of no problems and all of a sudden going right into bi-focal lens. Would definitely recommend to anybody at any age to visit him for great support and help.

My appointment was scheduled for 9:20 at 1144 l'm still in his office and still have not seen the doctor. The staff is pleasant but the waiting is to much.

Dr Biggs is a very confident, experienced, and direct to the point doctor. Highly recommended.

Wait time horrible. 3 hours

Always waiting always put on hold sometimes 2 to 3 times in a row when the sound of cocktail party is in the background. While waiting in the office for an hour you can listen to dr biggs talk golf in the next room. Poor work ethics thru out the office.

Dr. Biggs It’s a very good ophthalmologist. He’s very caring, very kind, and is very thorough. The office is very structured , very organized, and very easy to make appointments. Dr. Biggs is excellent. A plus

One of the worst experiences. No care to protect patients in waiting room during covid. 3 hour wait to see doctor. Unhappy staff complaining about "revolving employee door".

Hopefully I won't need but do appreciate effort made to address my concerns.

Nice and knowledgeable doctor but wait times are terrible.
