My mom went to see this guy because she had horrible irritation and eye pain for more than a few days. When she got there he was terribly moody and kept asking her why she had come to see him. She was certainly taken aback and felt rejected by this doctor. If you want awful bedside manner and a moody doctor go here.

Dr Kelly is great, just DO NOT reschedule, or you'll face the wrath of his receptionist!
