Dr Cleary was so good with my daughter. Everyone was very sweet. She got her glasses quick and they remembered her when she came back in and actually had the headband she had forgotten that we didn’t even realize. Amy

Dr Cleary and her staff literally saved my ability to see today! My glasses were broken when a walnut rolled off my roof and hit me in the face breaking my glasses in half. I showed up and told them what happened and scheduled a next available appointment for an eye exam. Within 10 minutes they called me to come back in and she worked me in for an exam so I could get a new prescription and glasses today because I had no back up glasses. I am very grateful and appreciative of them going above and beyond for me today!! I will highly recommend everyone I know to come there! Thank you Michelle for helping me get my frames picked out and order placed for my glasses to be picked up today!!

The doctor was excellent. Billing needs work. I was forced to use my health insurance for my annual eye exam because I am a type 1 diabetic. I have vision insurance, which I used there last year. This year I had to pay twice as much. I felt like I was being punished for having diabetes. The clerk kept saying that I had to use my health insurance because my annual exam was "preventative" and wasn't covered. I found my billing from my vision insurance last year and how it was billed/coded and covered. I won't be going back after that experience. I will go to CEI next time.
