Doctor Carlson is awesome. I destroyed my glasses at work and needed to get a new prescription before replacing my glasses. Dr Carlson and his staff made room for me in their schedule the same day. They processed the paperwork quickly even though I was a new patient. The examination was streamlined and quick. They got me in and out with enough time to get an emergency pair of glasses made the same day (after 5pm)! Definitely grateful for excellent service!

I was a little skeptical because this office is attached to a Lens Crafter, but I have to say I was wrong. I was brought back for my exam by a charming and warm gal named Laura who actually took the time to explain what she was doing and why, and even showed me the photos of my eyeball! So cool! My doctor, Dr. Stacy was kind and took the time to answer my questions. Overall a great experience.

I've been using this eye doctor for a while now and so far I've had nothing but positive experiences. Today June 1, 2023, I brought my niece for her first ever eye doctors appointment. She normally has lots of anxiety when it comes to doctors but she LOVED this place too. And they were really good with her as well. The techs she dealt with Jessica/Ian were VERY friendly to both me and her but I was very impressed with the way they treated my 7 year old niece. Nothing but great things to say about this office at Hamilton Place Mall.
