I paid more with insurance for an exam and contact lens fitting fee than I ever have without insurance. The employee was nice and tried her best explaining the fees. However, my eyeglass and contact prescription did not change so I’m not sure why I was charged a premium contact lens fitting fee when I should’ve been charged a regular fee. I visited because the reviews were good and it was close to home. I left feeling ripped off.

Very satisfied with my interaction today. Dr. Brown and staff were incredibly polite and nice. I felt comfortable and was welcomed. Thanks again for the easy and convenient visit. My future exams will always be here

The people who work there were very friendly and nice, quick to ask if I needed assistance. They have a huge display of frames. Very professional. I really liked this place and will be returning for my vision needs.
