Dr Thielke was thorough and reassuring as any issues with my eyes makes me anxious. He explained what was going on with my eyes and how to care for them.

I was fortunate to get in to the Woodbury clinic the day I called to try to get an appointment re my ongoing issue with red, itchy eyes. Dr. Thielke was able to see me. I was very impressed with all the staff I interacted with, from the front desk, to the technician, and finally Dr. Thielke. He listen to me, made his assessment and explained very clearly what was going on and a set of steps to follow for the many weeks till things clear up. He is very personable, professional and very clear about what he wanted me to do. I was extremely pleased to be able to get in the same day and to have had such a pleasant and helpful experience all around. Thanks Woodbury clinic.

Dr. Trent Thielke was professional, kind and thorough throughout my post cataract removal surgery appointment. He did my post-op check-up because my surgeon, Dr. Alla Kelly, was not scheduled to work the day after my procedure. He made me feel confident that my surgeon did a phenomenal job removing my cataract and restored my sight!

Does a great job, answer all my questions. I have dry eyes. Gives me options to improve it and then secondary options also. He has a great energy. I really trust him with my eye care.

I like Dr Thielke when I did see him, but I waited in the room alone for an hour between the tech and him only to have him rush through the appointment.

Love the whole experience of having my eyes checked annually. Everyone is friendly and professional, and I have never had to wait very long. What I do not like, is that they print your prescription out, and you have to pick it up at the eyeglass counter. People want choices and something they can afford. I definitely would not get my glasses done there. I can probably go to Walmart or Costco, and get the same frame for less, and possibly done at the same lab.

I am satisfied with Dr. Thielke's care. However, I spent over two hours in the clinic with no more than 30 minutes of contact with the care providers. Adding drive time, the experience took 2.5 hours out of my work day, which I was not expecting. It seems to me the process needs to be more efficient.

When I used to schedule my eye exams, I was more concerned about available times than I was about which doctor I saw. My priorities changed after my first appointment with Dr. Thielke. Dr. Thielke is an excellent medical provider. He holds patient care in the highest regard, communicates directly and effectively, and actively listens to my questions and concerns.
