Dr. Vu is amazing! He cares so much about each patient. "Eye"-deally, you'd go to someone closer, but he is worth the 40 minute drive.

I've been Dr. Minh's patient since 1998. Darn good guy with fair pricing.

We had a pleasant and comforting visit with Dr. Vu Minh! We felt comfortable in his conduct of the eye exam. He carries such good vibe that helps patients feel comforted. His front desk staff is also very respectful and polite throughout our several interactions. So glad we found his clinic here in Plano and will definitely be seeing him yearly.

I was suffering from severe dry eye and irritation and 5 seconds to look at my cellphone is enough to make the rest of my day like a hell. I went to 3 doctors and I had the same answer, dry eyes. for 2 years I was very depressed, I was going to Walmart 3 times a week and I look at this simple door and I was thinking he just eye examiner, one day I said to my self let me make another glasses maybe it make difference, I met Dr. Vu and he found the problem, it was a hole in my retina and he told me I have to do it fast and he gave me the name of the doctor taking my insurance. I went to Salt Lake and I did the laser operation there my sister advised me to do it there and stay with her to take care of me. now I feel better so I am very grateful to Dr. Vu.

So many good things to say about this cheerful doctor! He does a very thorough eye exam and asks relevant questions about lifestyle so as to really tailor the examination to your needs. I was a bit stuck on what contacts I liked, so he designated one brand for my left eye, another for my right eye, didn't tell me which was what, and had me wear them for a week to determine which side I liked best. Very clever! He educated me on the ingredients of the eye drops I was using which really helped me understand how they were making my dry eye worse. Just a thorough and happy clinician, such a wonderful attitude!

Excellent service , Dr minh and Carlos have always been helpful . wouldn't recommend going anywhere else but here if you live in Plano.

Dr.Vu is a really good doctor if you have eye irritation or eye problems from contact lenses he wont just tell you to permanently stop like most other doctors he will help you find something that works for you and will sort things out. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing and surprisingly he doesn't have many customers but From the second you see him you will know that you are going to come back for future appointments because he is that good.

After reading the reviews for Dr. Vu I decided to travel farther just to have my son’s eyes re-examined. I am so glad I did. Dr. Vu is competent, caring and compassionate. He was thorough, patient and friendly to my teenage boy. I will definitely switch over to Dr. Vu permanently. He is the best optometrist!

Loved my experience with Dr. Vu! He’s so friendly and easy to chat with, while still staying efficient and clearly very competent. I came for a new contacts prescription (my current dailies are now too expensive), and I left with a prescription for monthlies that were an even better fit for my eye shape, as well as a prescription for a small amount of cheaper dailies because I mentioned I would be traveling and dailies are easier/more sanitary. I really appreciate this kind of thoughtful patient care. He’s such a gem of a find, and literally the best affordable option for people without insurance!

I am so incredibly impressed with Dr.Vu!! My new progressive glasses have been a complete mess after being incorrectly measured by Walmart Vision Center (three times, no less!), but he went above and beyond his job and diagnosed and the issue and even explained the vision center what was wrong with their measurements every time. Let’s be clear that measuring glasses is not his job and in a world that revolves around money, he took time out of his busy patient schedule to help an issue that was not even his, and not once but multiple times. This speaks volumes about Dr Vu’s dedication and care for customers and his expertise is truly appreciated. His support made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommending Dr Vu.
