I absolutely love Dr. Akhtar. He is always very thorough and takes the time to clearly explain what is going on with my vision during every eye exam. He makes sure you truly understand the condition of your eyes, which I believe is extremely important. His entire staff is very professional and welcoming. Amanda is always very kind and quick to answer any questions you may have. I’ve been coming here for my eye exams for the past five years, and I highly recommend their services.

He was absolutely amazing, my daughter loved him. We ended up making appointments for the whole family!!!! Best eye doctor that she has ever been to. ( and we are supposed to see one twice a year for her) she was totally impressed by him...

The atmosphere was nice. The receptionist/ first desk and doctor assistant was just awesome. The overall everyone was really nice and helpful and acknowlegable what was needed with each client.

Dr. Akhtar explained all issues about my eyes with clarity and the exam was smooth and efficient. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. My husband will get his next eye exam from him. The 2 ladies in the front were efficient.

Took my daughter here and I was more than pleased with how we were treated. The patience and time they gave us was amazing. My daughter’s first experience with an eye doctor was not pleasant but when I came here , she felt so comfortable because everyone was moving at her own pace and was rushing her they made her take her time and made her felt independent oh they while I was in uncomfortable pain , they were so dear to take real good care of my daughter. I will so recommend Texas Optical . I saw that her Eye Doctor really cared about her eye care because he was really going over everything with me and took his time to explain what I didn’t understand. Great CARE here ……

Dr.Akhtar was so patient and caring during our visit. He explained in detail to my mother and I the importance of getting her yearly check ups due to the medicine she takes and other illnesses. When we told him he was the first doctor ever to explain everything in detail and how much we appreciated that, he said he treats his own mother and father and treats everyone else the same. We highly recommend him and the practice. The ladies in the front were personable and so helpful. We will definitely be recommending to everyone we know to come here.

I wouldn’t go to any other eye dr, TSO is the best, and Amanda, you’re wonderful. The Dr answered all my questions that I had, and I was very pleased with his answers.

I’ve gone to several optometrists over the past 20 years of needing glasses, but Dr Warren has by far been the best. He takes your time with your eye exam, thoroughly explains and findings and answers any of your questions. His staff is super friendly and helpful when choosing the correct frames and lenses. I really feel well taken care of as a patient and feel prioritized during every visit. He’s worth the drive as we come from 45 min away after visiting other optometrists that were closer to us. We made the drive back this year because his office is that good. Thanks y’all!

I absolutely love the staff!! They now see not only my family but my extended family. They are extremely knowledgeable about the insurance and really great at helping you find frames that fit your face lol. I highly recommend this doctor and staff.

Very disappointed, i really wanted to love this place because it's only 3 minutes from my house, but unfortunately it was my first and last time here. It took them almost 3 months to get my glasses. They kept lying to me telling me to wait 1 more week or 2 more weeks. I just can't trust them anymore.

Absolutely love the Admin staff. They are why I keep coming back and have referred my relatives to this specific location. The eye doctors are pleasant, welcoming and kind, but the admin staff help me understand my insurance, how to save money and the best options to choose for myself and my kids. Very educational, polite, professional and patient. The BEST customer service!

He did so well with my child. They had a beautiful pair of glasses that fit her personality so well. His staff Melissa was so helpful and kind. Both ladies had smiles on their faces ready to help. Wonderful staff all the way around.
