As for me, a doctors and his offices' rating depends on the waiting room experience and his/her friendly factor or how similar it is to talking to your brother or sister. I rate Dr Jones highly because he's genuinely a very friendly guy and easy to communicate with. His office seems well organized and professional. The waiting experience was acceptable. In the past Dr Jones had his office with other Doctors and providers and the waiting room was crowded and chaotic. Now, he has his own office and visits there are much more pleasant. I highly recommend his office to anyone seeking quality eye care.

I had a vision concern that was thoroughly tested and turned out to be a simply matter of a newer prescription. Dr Jones was very pleasant and clear in his explanation of the diagnosis to me. I highly recommend him.

I was very happy with Dr. Jones and his entire staff. Everyone was professional, friendly and had a smile on their face. You could tell they enjoy their position, and working with Dr. Jones. He was very nice, through and made sure I had no unanswered questions before I left. I'm looking forward to my visit next year!
