Love the doctor, but they have a parking issue. All the spots on one side of the building are for doctors. The front desk staff were nice and allowed me to complain about parking.

Dr. Wayne H. Martin MD, is a "Excellent" Eye 👀 Doctor that is very "Compassionate" 😌 in What he does..The many eyes 👀 he's saved and cared for, the concern he has when his patients have health issues he's there to get to the bottom of it!!! Even if it impares ones eyes 👀 to the point of losing his or her sight, he is on it, making sure he does what needs to be done 👍🏾😊 so his patients can live Happy 😁 lives!!🙏🏾🙏🏾

Terrible experience with the staff at this location…. My mom called on two occasions and was told her appointment was at another location. When we arrived to said location she was told she did not have an appointment there, the appointment was at the chino location. When we arrived to the chino location, they refused to see my mom for not arriving on time…. Wish they were lot flexible considering that they were the ones that made a scheduling mistake. My mom lost a day of work and was not seen for her vision needs. TERRIBLE

Said he'd submit an urgent referral, didn't. My insurance has been calling for days & leaving voice mails asking for the referral and they're getting ignored.
