Dr. Chang and his team embody customer service. I was their patient when I lived in Pasadena and would have my eyes checked and glasses made at their store. After moving to San Diego, I had to get my eyes checked on short notice and could not make it up to Dr. Chang's office. Long story short, the OD that I visited in San Diego gave me the wrong script causing me all sorts of chaos. To make matters worse, due to the wrong script from the OD in San Diego, I ended up ordering and receiving wrong lenses. Dr. Chang and his team worked with me to figure it out and let me exchange my incorrect lenses for the correct ones. They have beyond excellent customer service. I would really like to give a heart felt thank you to Dr. Chang and his team. You guys are great, and I very much appreciate all your help. Calvin
