They were a bit behind in schedule but made up for it with incredibly kind and courteous service. Also the eye doctor - for the first time in my 30+ years of eye doctor experience - actually explained what she was doing, why she was doing it, and what all the things on the screen actually mean! It was fascinating and informative and I really appreciate that. 😊

Another great experience at Dr. Winnicks. I experienced almost zero wait and my appointment started right on time. My exam went smoothly and the Doc answered all of my questions. This place is great. If your looking for a no hassle eye exam by well trained docs that won't leave you waiting in an exam room, this is the place. 5 stars.

The office staff and Dr. W were friendly. I didn’t love that some of the front office staff were on their personal phones throughout my visit. The appointment had already gone over by 30 minutes and I then had to wait several minutes for the person at the front desk to finish her personal conversation on her iPhone, which I thought was as weird and unprofessional. I didn’t love that they tried to up sell me on contacts and I felt that the selling points they gave me on them weren’t super accurate, once I went home and did my own research. Overall it was fine, but I wouldn’t go back here for an eye exam.
