Dr Kiang was great but the LensCrafters store is a joke. I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses after an eye exam and had a horrible experience. Ordering the glasses took forever at the store. The doctor gave me multiple prescriptions and I was very clear about which one I was ordering. The junior associate Jack called me back a few days later asking which prescription to use and I clarified again very clearly. When I got the glasses it had the wrong prescription. I let them know and they said they were ordering a replacement that would be available in a week. When I called again they said an order was never placed and that I needed to come into the store to start from the beginning! Jack claimed he was not involved in any of the interactions (although he was in all of them), did not know who I could contact for customer service and to escalate my bad experience to management. I would not waste my time with LensCrafters and especially the location at the Stanford Mall in Palo Alto specifically again and suggest you steer clear to save yourself time and frustration.
