Dr. Klapper is an outstanding optometrist and clinician. My son had previously seen an ophthalmologist for headaches and was cursorily examined, and blown off. He then saw Dr. Klapper. Dr. Klapper did a thorough eye exam including dilation (which the other doctor didn’t bother doing), and noticed problems immediately. He took his time to evaluate him thoroughly and get to the root of the problem. He gave multiple solutions and we are so happy to finally have an answer to my son’s problems. Dr. Klapper is smart, extremely caring, kind, and extremely thorough. My husband and I are both physicians and we are impressed by the care our son received from Dr. Klapper.

Beyond knowledgeable, right on the mark, diligent and persistent to get some prescription complications sorted out so that I can get the best fitting contact lenses! Dr Klapper saw me numerous times until I was satisfied with the fit on the contact lenses and my vision. He also recommended specific lenses for my frames that would help me with my glasses. After a few years of success, I brought my young son for a vision check and Dr Klapper was able to help him as well with kindness and patience. I find him knowledgeable, up to date with medical info and technology, and he welcomes and answers all my questions. I highly recommend.
