The lady on the phone was super rude. My husband had a surgery done, which cost a little over 2k. She called me to let me know that we’d have to cancel my husbands appt tomorrow if the 2k wasn’t paid, which is totally understandable. I then asked her if they had a payment plan for people who can’t afford 2k upfront. She told me “well you didn’t even try to pay $10 towards it. Collections called you 5/6 times too”.
I then said okay, I understand but that’s not my question. “Do you have a payment plan? I understand we’d have to cancel our appt, i get that”. She then said i was being rude so I asked her if she could tell me what part was i rude? She didn’t answer, instead changed the subject and talked over me. I then told her, her telling me I couldn’t put up 10 bucks was rude.. after that she hung up on me. I called back and said “will you please have Dr. Pierce call me before I make any payments? She said “I’ll give you billings number”. I then told her no, i said I’d like to speak with the Dr before any payment is made. She was a younger girl, not sure the name but I definitely don’t appreciate being talked to like this. The other lady with red hair is also rude.
