On Tuesday, May 5th I began to see cobwebs in my right eye. Needless to say I was ALARMED. I called Connie and she moved heaven and earth to get me a same day appointment with Dr. Giannikas. Connie was compassionate, sympathetic and reassuring during this stressful experience. After seeing Dr Giannikas (who was also incredibly comforting) Connie immediately arranged for my referral to a retinal specialist. Connie deserves to be recognized and appreciated for going above and BEYOND her daily overwhelming duties. THANK YOU CONNIE AND GOD BLESS YOU!!!!

Wife had 2 pm appointment for routine checkup. We arrived at 1:45. Told them I had other appointments. Now still waiting for her to complete exam at 4:00. Many others in waiting room. If you have nothing to do but waste your day spending it this would be a good place. If you have a life to live find a Dr who respects your time and knows how to run a practice. I changed from them during covid and i don't regret it. Next time wife can take an Uber since I won't be wasting my time.

Horrible experience - we waited nearly 3 hours to see the doctor. Many other patients complaining about the same issue. I understand doctors running behind but 2-3 hour waits is excessive. Front desk was rude - telling people to “just reschedule.”. I made the appointment months ago and took off work - so it’s not that easy. Really would avoid this place

The doctors are great and the entire team is a professional well-oiled machine that delivers excellent care. Special shout out to Danielle, who was very helpful with an insurance snafu.

Excellent doctors, but the office is not well organized. Expect a wait of 2-3 hours before a doctor sees you. This is based on many visits, by myself and my family

Dr. A Draga is the best! My husband, Frank Gerage had surgery on both eyes for cataracts and she did such an amazing job. His vision is now 20/20. We highly recommend Dr. Draga, your eyes will be in great hands!

I cannot recommend Draga Eye Care enough. Never had a comprehensive eye exam before and I was nervous. Dr. Zaslow is really good with calming my nerves and she explained everything clearly. Kim, Alani, and Anthony also deserve a shoutout for being so efficient and kind. They also kept their cool when one of the machines were apparently not working and did their best. Cannot wait for my followup in 6 months!

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Aspasia Draga for the past five years and have only praises for her and her staff. The practice is efficiently run, wait time is very reasonable and the assistants and technicians are very professional. My wife, who had worn glasses since the age of three, had eye surgery for cataracts, and Dr. Draga said she would be able to correct her vision and improve her eyesight. Beyond my wife's expectations, she has perfect vision, doesn't need contacts nor reading glasses (after 60 plus years and the expenses involved). Dr. Draga, thank you for being there for us!

I am so glad to find the Dr. Draga, for my surgery. She calmly explains all details well. The most of my experiences are all of staffs are super kind and the place is very clean with hi-tech. machineries. Thank you all.

I have been seeing both Dr. Draga's for many years, too many to count! They are excellent doctors and will spend as much time with you as needed. Therefore, you will wait and wait to see them. It is extremely annoying when you are sitting there and waiting, but I'm a glutton for punishment and a great doctor! I travel from Florida to see them! I go twice a year as my eyes are aging. I figure I have to give up one afternoon, twice a year for my eyes. But I know I am getting a great exam. See them next month!

Dr. Aspasia Draga performed two cataract surgeries for me. I am 100% percent satisfied with her efficiency and patient manner. I can see again! Her office and staff match her efficiency. I highly recommend Draga Eye Care and Surgery Associates. You can't do any better!

It was recommended that they were the best, besides the cataract surgery is on Francis Lewis. Convenience and competence was top priority for me. I went in person to make appointment and see for myself the place. It's best to CALL to make your appointment.

I am very pleased to say that I will now be switching over from my old ophthalmologist to the Dr. Draga Practice. Dr. Carrie Zaslow went above and beyond to treat me the proper way, and actually cared about helping me. The staff is very friendly and informative as well. I nightly recommend!

Been going here for several years, but wait time over the past three years have gotten horrible. My last visit I waited 4 hours before I was seen. None of them can give an explanation for the wait. My appointment was at 9:30am, i arrived at 9:05 am and was seen by the dr after 1:00 pm. They are liars! Don't ever go here.

The best eye care clinic in Queens by far

One of the best doctors are very knowledgeable informative caring.... office staff is always on point... I highly recommend this Eye Care.... I had a great experience throughout my two surgeries..... and my post operation exams as well....

Doctors seem decent when you’re able to see them. The office is constantly canceling appointments forcing you to reschedule months out. Additionally you’re always waiting hours to be seen. If you have 4 hours to see a doctor and it’s not urgent, this may be the place for you. If you need a reliable doctor, go elsewhere.

I had an eye emergency during the pandemic. My sister in law referred me to this office after having a terrific experience with Dr. Giannikis. Dr. Aspacia Draga and Dr. Irene Draga took amazing care to treat my condition over a three week period. I am so thankful to them for their professionalism and bedside manner. I felt completely comfortable in their care and I attribute my speedy recovery to their competence. I highly recommend this practice!!!

So I can't say that I was seen here because to be honest I don't think they care for new patients. I called to request pricing on a glaucoma initial consultation. I have to say the receptionist was really nice and she seemed like she truly wanted to help. The problem came when I wanted to know how much money I needed to bring for this appointment they couldn't tell me a price range. If you're paying out of pocket don't expect a credit card. I want to pay in cash and need to know how much to bring. According to the receptionist the doctors could not give me an estimate because it's based on the patient's need. Granted I understand, but I still need a price range on how much to bring. Again, receptionist was extremely helpful and professional but you could tell whoever was her higher up just couldn't care less. So if you're paying out of pocket find somewhere else. This place doesn't seem to care to tell their employees the correct information therefore the receptionist could not help me overall.

Went for my second Cataract surgery today, if I could give 10 stars I would ,Dr.A.Draga is fantastic very assuring ,and caring,the whole staff is terrific, made everything so easy Thank You All ,Fred Schneider

Dr. Aspasia Draga was my surgeon for cataract surgery. She was a recommendation and I was especially frightened because of vision losses in my family. Dr. A. Draga, every member of her staff, the surgical team, is unbelievably efficient and compassionate and professional. I have completed both eye surgeries with perfect vision and no problems at all. I would definitely recommend this Group for anyone looking for truly caring medical professionals.
