The lady at the front desk was very friendly but we did not have a good experience once we sat down. We had an appointment for our 8 month old to get his first pair of glasses. The woman gave us some glasses to look at and walked away to help someone else. Half an hour later we were still waiting! She didn’t even look back at us. Would not recommend.

Not a good place to go. They are more concerned about money and profit than they are your welfare. I bought a pair of glasses that were not fitted properly and the transition was poorly done. Turns out the glasses were at least 25% more expensive than at another store. They performed a test required by my insurance company but would not give me the results unless I paid them $20????? They had the results in hand and would not give them to me, so I had to go through the dilation process where I was inconvenienced for a half hour and they could charge my insurance additional money. You are treated like a piece of meat there. I move around frequently, hence I have been treated by at least 10 different eye doctors. This is the only one I have negative comments about. They do not meet the standards of the profession.

I was greeted by the receptionist and she helped me get registered quickly by having all or most of my information already. The screening was quick and gentle. I really enjoy speaking with my doctor to help improve my sight or heighten it. I do feel that first time patients should be offer some type of discount when purchasing glasses from there. I overheard another customer service rep offer another patient a 20% discount and my rep did not offer me the same discount at all. Besides that hiccup everything was great. As I was checking out the receptionist inform me that they offer eye exams for babies 6 months for free and I am glad that is there once my little become 6 months we will be back at Draisin Vision for sure!!!
