My story is similar to others. Made several appointments and waited months to get a new contact lens prescription. Repeat: I specified contact lenses when I made the appt and again when I arrived. Instead, I received a prescription for glasses! I don't even wear glasses! Here's the catch, or let's call it a gimmick: they charge $250 to "fit" contacts, even though I've been wearing them for 50+ healthy years! Naturally, the $250 fee wasn't disclosed until AFTER the exam. I declined the excessive sum and was given a prescription that had no description which turned out to be a useless pair of glasses. After many phone calls a very rude person finally deciphered the script for me. My insurance agent will be notified as reimbursement for this appt should be canceled.

Unprofessional billing department staff that Do Not Listen to you, nor do they want to answer any questions. They kept interrupting me! Not helpful at all! I guess they think we are all rich and don't care how much a procedure might cost. I just wanted a ballpark estimation. Geez SMH GO ELSEWHERE!
