Disappointed with my visit. Prior to my appointment, I completed all necessary paperwork online. Yet, I was given a form to complete either accepting or declining additional services. I asked why when I already completed the form online. The ladies at the desk explained that people don’t understand what they’re signing so they provide it again. So, basically implying that your patients are stupid. I had already explained that I had my diabetic eye exam the previous week with my ophthalmologist, which is why I declined the additional services. I don’t like the upsell approach. Then when I saw Dr. Suk, I also explained seeing my ophthalmologist for my diabetic eye exam and he said to me “then why are you here”? I felt that was a bit rude. I explained I just needed my routine eye exam and a new RX for glasses. Then, I noticed I had marks and circles on my glasses from the equipment and asked for a glass wipe so I could clean my glasses. I was told they did not have any. How is it that an eye doctor does not have eye glass wipes?! I was told I could purchase a box from LensCrafters. Hmmm…another upsell opportunity. The lady in LensCrafters said to feel free to browse and try on glasses while I was waiting. I told her I wasn’t buying glasses from them and that I always purchase my eyeglasses from Costco. (Note: I was able to purchase two pairs of glasses from Costco for the price of what one pair would’ve been at LensCrafters.) I did not have a warm and fuzzy experience from the time I walked in to the time I left. Won’t be back.

My optometrist is awesome. I was given someone else invoice regarding services and payment. When I advised office of error, I was told they do not mail out invoices. Excuse me, it was your error. I was then told they would send it in the mail. two weeks later, still no invoice.

Dr was great so was the tech that did the 5 test prior seeing the dr. As for the check in lady I should have gotten her name she had curly shoulder length hair dark brown with a few highlights, she needs to find a new job no manners when she is wrong, she asked my name I said it then spelled it and gave my appointment time she then asked for my B-day still couldn’t find me.. I explained all paperwork was filled out prior the my appointment up loaded with insurance cards and ID so then I started to get frustrated because I had been standing there 7 minutes with her trying to find me, so then she asked for my drivers license and insurance card I asked, did you find me and she said no. I made the comment in a calm manner that this was ridiculous and she got very loud and started yelling telling me not to be rude she was trying to help me, everyone within 10 feet heard her yelling at me and all I’ll I was doing was asking what the problem was… When she did find my appointment she handed me all the paperwork I did online to fill out. AGAIN I explained that it was filled out online and signed. There was one document that asked for extras you may want at the office I had completed it, signed it, online. She handed me this form and made me sign it again she then got rude and said she would fill it out the rest, yet it was in my fill already.. It took almost 10 minutes to check in when everything was completed. I was curious so I asked her if the spelling of my name was incorrect she said no then I asked was my B-Day incorrect answer no she blamed the whole issue on the computer instead of taking responsibility… No customer service.
