I think almost every pair of glasses I've owned has come from this office going forward they will have none of mine or my family's business. I made an appointment back in October to be called 2 days before my appointment that it hadn't been a year since my previous eye exam which they failed to notice the second insurance that would have taken care of the exam and made no offer to reschedule. I scheduled my dad an appointment in January for may it was emailed with no explanation as to why it was canceled. Than my Dad goes to make a new appointment with Costco only to be told this office was still holding his insurances eye co pay despite canceling the appointment so my wife than had to call his insurance who had to call this office and get it released so he could make the appointment with Costco so you can say good bye to my family's business and us referring anyone there.

my brother has an appointment and got reschedule the agent who we spoke to is very rude ! We got reschedule due to no Dr and im trying to resched for my bro , she spoke to him and confirmed and was told if i can do it for him . she said YOUR BROTHER IS 34 YRS OLD AND HE MAKE THE RESECHEDULE FOR HIMSELF ! im not even asking for too much but to check other option, i told her that my brother is disable and i do all the booking for him and drive him around and if i have to fill up a consent form ill do it.After saying that her voice change and says no its okay let me find one for you. It suppose to be his first time visit , nvm itll never be on this location. RUDE

This place is amazing!!! I hadn’t been to an eye doctor in over 10 years they weren’t annoyed with it at all they were super nice super patient. I had appointments for myself, husband and my son we all went in with no glasses and came out with glasses. We went in on a Friday, our appointments finish just at six when they usually close and we were told our glasses would be ready the next day. Well they decided to get them done that day even though it was after hours. They are great!!
