So happy we’ve come across drs Roy and associates! My 12 month old son needs glasses, he’s my first child and have never dealt with this kind of thing. We went to another optical place prior to coming here and it was NIGHT AND DAY! Every single person here was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Laurie was so knowledgeable and informative on pediatric eyewear! The girls at the front desk (Jamie and Natalie) were wonderful and distracted my son as he was being measured. Jeff was also very knowledgeable and insured my sons glasses would fit appropriately. I am beyond thankful to have found this office. I showed them the quote I received from the first office we went to and they told me so much of the extra charges were unnecessary(the other place even tried charging extra because his prescription was so severe). We are self pay as we have no vision insurance and their pricing is amazing! They said his glasses Would be in within 7-10 days (other place said over a month because his prescription was so bad) Such a wonderful experience and because of that drs Roy and associates has my business for life! Thanks again!

I have been going to Dr. Roy for about 7 years and I’ve always been impressed with his evaluation of my vision and his explanation of the results. It seems as if they utilize the most current tech and I feel confident that he is helping me retain healthy eyes. Also they have a wide variety of frames from classic to high fashion. I personally like fashion statement glasses and they never disappoint. Everyone is cheerful and helpful.

Another excellent experience today at Drs. Roy and Associates. My parents followed them from Lens Crafters, and I have since started receiving care there. I have taken my boyfriend in when he got glass in his eye during a work accident. They got him in immediately. They responded quickly and calmly, and he had a full recovery within a week or so—receiving great immediate and follow up care. A few years ago, Dr. Phil referred me for corneal cross-linking. Today, I saw Dr. Kwon for a routine eye exam and a possible discussion about scleral lenses. After the exam, she really hashed out with me all of my options for my vision moving forward. I decided I did want the scleral lenses, and she looked at the schedule, and said if I had time, she would try to get all the measurements today inbetween her other patients. She was so knowledgeable and explained everything as we went. She kept checking in with me throughout the appointment, making sure this was the best decision for me at this time in my life. She showed genuine interest in tailoring a plan specific to my needs. I really appreciated how much time she spent with me through this process, and the ability to get it all done in one trip. Her great bedside manner and personable demeanor only added to the experience! The front desk staff was also very personable and accommodating. Overall, just another great experience. I will continue to recommend friends, family, and anyone who is looking for a great eye doctor their way!
