One of the most professional and cleanest doctors’ offices that our family visits annually. It’s worth every minute of the hour plus drive from our home to be seen by Dr. Desai and her staff. The staff are professional, friendly, and beyond accommodating to our children and us. We get to experience advanced technology throughout the exam process. Dr. V was wonderful —she made my 6-year-old very comfortable while she did a thorough eye exam and explained everything really clearly and kindly and took her time with the exam. I’m holding back from giving a fifth star because of admin issues — I wasn’t emailed the forms in advance and it took me calling multiple times until I received them. Once we arrived, they told me our chart was lost, and the front desk staff’s general attitude was pretty dismissive from the get-go. No one there seemed to take ownership of anything. That part of the office needs improvement. But can’t stress how great the doctor was!
