The whole team was accomodating, friendly, and knowledgeable! I needed an eye exam because glasses were becoming a hassel for me and it was time to try out contacts. The best part is they help through the whole process to try to fit your needs. I definitely recommend Ducklo Eye Group!

Dr. Howard was wonderful. She gave excellent service and was very friendly and personable. She even went out of her way to help me pick out the frames for my glasses which was normally not her responsibility.

I did not feel heard, appreciated, or valued as a patient or customer. I was made to feel like a burden. The physician was not interested in answering my questions with any nuance. Upon leaving, they told me “oh, we just discovered this is out of network for you.” I will most certainly not be back.
