I've been a patient here for years! Scheduling an appointment is easy. The front office staff are super kind and helpful. Dr. Duenas is just awesome. He finishes glasses incredibly fast. I had my exam and needed new glasses, and he was able to put new lenses in for me within just a few hours. I really like coming here because I never have to wait long for my glasses. Dr. Duenas is always thorough and takes the time to answer all of my questions. I feel very comfortable here.

I did not like this office, the staff is nice, but the office is old like its equipment and glasses, the doctor did not take the time to explain my condition.

Very unprofessional and rude . Handed me the wrong prescription then tried explaining it to me like I was a child in a very condescending tone . My dad order glasses from this place and it’s been months with no glasses being delivered. If you wished to be talked down to while trying to get glasses come to this place . Also the women who answer the phone for him is extremely rude if this is your only option to get glasses the good luck other than that I’d go get glasses at any other place in East LA / Montebello

The place was clean and precautions were took for Covid-19. Has never contacted me nor returned calls for when my glasses will be done.

This place is so old and so are the glasses they have, doctor said I have bleeding behind my eye but that wasn’t true, they also took 2 months to get me my glasses and they did them wrong, they put this old style big bifocal on the bottom …

Best and only eye DR i trust! Been seeing him for around 10yrs... . Very upfront and straight forward very compassionate and Genuinely cares about his patients and work! I have MS and i trust this man more then any other eye specialist i get Referred to. Thank you duenas and the compassionate friendly staff ❤

Excellent doctor. Been going there for a couple decades. Would not change ever. I'm even going to start taking my kids
