Customer service above and beyond ! Had no expectations of getting glasses in time for my trip overseas but ordered anyway. Matt called me as I was on the way to the airport and offered to meet me there! He came and met me on the sidewalk and made sure they fit! Outstanding!! He also adjusted my old ones (that I had gotten somewhere else) for free when I was in the shop.

I have these expensive designer glasses with a chip in the acrylic that coats the lens frame, which I glued back on. I’ve been worried that they would chip again if I got the lenses replaced, and have been putting off replacing the lenses for years because of this. Durham Eyeglass Company provided me with best in class service, and replaced the lenses on the spot for a competitive price. Most importantly, they handled my frames with delicate care, even re-adjusted them to my face— now they fit better than ever! 10/10 recommend for all of your eyeglasses needs!

Great location and incredibly nice and helpful personnel. I had a screw that came out of my glasses and the gentleman instantly helped me, replaced the screw with a rubber coated one to prevent it from coming out as easily, and fixed the frame that had a bend in them. All this was done for free and in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend taking your business here, I know I will from now on.
