It's "interesting" that my husband and I went in on the same day/ time WEEKS ago and I'm still waiting for a simple pair of reading glasses. Our bifocals came in earlier. Husband's came in a week before mine, then mine, and still waiting for my 2nd pair.. I EXPLICITLY told them I am leaving soon on a trip and here we are, no word... After the eye exam, I chose glasses I liked. Then the gal tried to up-sale me. Not cool! I like what I like! It's safe to say MY experience wasn't that great. Not sure I'll return. The doctor and eye staff were cool... The glasses dept folks were frustrating, to say the least!

I have been a patient here for 8 years and won’t go anywhere else; even though I live 30 minutes away. Dr. Chow is the best. She’s so easy going and is so personable! And the staff is so empathetic, kind and accommodating. I never feel like an inconvenience or I’m talking to someone who doesn’t care. I had a non-eye exam related issue and they got me in the same day and were happy to do so! Happy and thankful patient!

Hello Dynamic Eye Care! This could have been a wonderful review honestly cause I really liked the Doctor. She was very helpful and kind. So thank you doctor for your kindness and knowledge. This review is about Helen the office manager specifically. Hi Helen! Maybe this public post will get the attention I’ve been asking for. I went to the office on 4/22/2023. I still don’t have glasses. I never received a full refund of $581.30 or Just a refund on the glasses $394.30. ZERO evidence from the office manager showing I was refunded. She says she will send it and still nothing. This is not cause she does not know how to provide paperwork because what’s even more strange; I just got a bill in the mail for $109.00. This is the restocking free + Interest I owe them apparently. Odd this FEE was not mentioned EVER during any conversation. A restocking fee when the glasses never left Dynamic Eye? I Don’t even remember what frames I picked. This place is shady and untrustworthy in my experience. Helen the office manager has been the least helpful when asking for a simple communication or a simple refund or the PROOF a refund was actually processed. She is the only person with this power according to staff. I called the next day and canceled. I was told I had to wait for Helen and THATS when the whole headache started. She was not happy at all. Annoyed that I wanted refund when I was still in the right to ask. She’s dragged this on and on. I always had to call the office and hope I catch her there otherwise she won’t call back. I just want my refund so I can afford new glasses. Y’all know my number. REPLY: Thank you for your response. It’s a disappointing response to my review but at this point I am not surprised. I NEVER MADE A DISPUTE TO START. NEVER EVER. I STILL NO DISPUTE HAS EVER BEEN FILED. So, again I will ask. Where is any of this evidence? Helen has claimed to see this paperwork and spoken to the POS Credit Dynamic Eye goes through; yet still has yet to provide via through email or by postal. On the other had I am happy to provide evidence that I HAVE never started a dispute AND have yet to see a refund. Per my last review, y’all have my email and phone number. Happy to accept anything to prove you’re not shady as you seem. Thanks!
