Worst experience ever. Came today for an eye exam at 3:00 and the receptionist goes “I couldn’t verify insurance” in a rude tone. She lacked customer service skills and looked upset as she didn’t want to be there. She wasn’t even helpful in getting insurance verified as we verified it over the phone. Would never come back to this eye doctor. We went across the street to Pearle Vision who had much better customer service.

The person ringing me up/taking care of my charges for services was incompetent. She did not know how to work the credit card machine after a couple of attempts and even after calling another store. Only after I told her how to use it it worked. Then she tells me they don’t accept American Express after I had already been charged. The credit card machine clearly states they do. And nothing is posted saying they do not. Then she claims they will be charged $30 for using an American Express card. Absolutely false. At most the charge is $.30 more. I own a business so I am aware. Other than this I was so polite and patient to the staff too on multiple visits to their office. To me $.30 more is not worth it to lose a patient.

I’ll never go back. They told me it would be one price and then changed it last minutes even though I didn’t add anything to the exam. I also went in for an appointment and they were running behind and I had to come back another day. The doctor is great but the girl at the front is rude
