Been coming here for 10+ yrs. Staff is so friendly Dr's are so personable never feel like they are rushing thru your exam! And they have great selection of eye glasses as well. I highly recommend them!!!

I have been coming here since I was a child and they always take wonderful care of me. Dr. Rock was efficient, professional, and explained everything to my understanding!! The front staff is also always very lovely and I always have a wonderful experience here

I had a very good experience here at eagle vision. The process was straightforward and honestly it went fairly quickly. They have a really nice building and the staff are great too. The doctor took her time and made sure to get my prescription exactly right along with explaining different things to me without making me feel rushed

Reception people are very pleasant and friendly. Even the eye MD was taking so much time examining my dad. Very knowledgeable in her field. Would rate the clinic at 10 and would love to be back here.

2 stars is the best I can give horrible customer service they don't make you feel welcomed not friendly at all even the doctor himself was RUDE didn't carr to explain the questions I had he was very short didn't even care to give me eye contact I'm only giving two stars because they were FAST with getting my sons glasses I don't plan on coming back. EDIT: I came back the next day and had a total different experience the young lady who helped me was very help attentive actually gave eye contact she deserves a raise

The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, performed a thorough examination, and explained everything clearly. I felt well cared for throughout the entire visit. I visited the clinic with two of my children. The entire staff was nice and welcoming. Dr. Gyneth Rock was exceptional highly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. I greatly appreciated the quality of care and professionalism she demonstrated.

From the moment I walked into Eagle Vision Care Optometric Center at 5777 Greenback Lane Ste. 100, I felt genuinely welcomed. The receptionist greeted me with kindness, a warm smile, and a pleasant tone that immediately set me at ease. Emreana, the doctor’s assistant, was patient, friendly, and exceptionally informative. She explained each step of the process with care, laid out all my options clearly, and never rushed me. As someone on the neurodivergent spectrum, I tend to ask many questions — and I’m used to professionals responding with impatience. Emreana never once made me feel that way. Her calm, respectful manner meant a great deal to me. Dr. Gyneth Rock conducted her examination with enthusiasm and positivity, which instantly reassured me. I knew right away that my future eye care would be in capable, caring hands. Nora, the optician, was equally wonderful. She intuitively selected a frame that I fell in love with the moment I tried it on — it felt as though she had known my style for years. When I asked my usual stream of questions and mentioned, somewhat self-consciously, that I have high functioning autism, she didn’t blink. Instead, she smiled and said, “Oh, no problem — I’m on the spectrum too.” That simple moment of connection and acceptance was profoundly meaningful. In my 65 years, I don’t think I’ve ever felt so understood and welcomed in a clinical setting. I will never visit another optometric clinic. I strongly and wholeheartedly recommend the Eagle Vision Care team to anyone seeking eye care — especially those who value patience, empathy, and genuine human connection. This place is honestly the best. Everyone that works in there was a joy to be around and Dr.Salazar was literally so great!!! She had such a great sense of humor and made mine and my daughters eye exam so fun. I will for sure be returning to this office! Can’t say one negative thing.

From the receptionist to the rest of the staff, everyone who assisted me was very kind and attentive. They were very patient in listening to me, and—above all—they performed a magnificent series of eye tests; thanks to this, they detected serious issues and immediately began follow-up care. Optometry visit was efficient. Appointment started on time. Equipment was clean and modern. Doctor provided direct explanations without unnecessary commentary. Glasses were ready within the estimated window. No issues. Straightforward service from beginning to end.

After more than 20 years of dealing with glaucoma and seeing multiple eye doctors, I can honestly say that Eagle Eye Care has been one of the most impressive medical offices I have ever visited. In the past, I have experienced long waits, been forgotten in waiting rooms for hours, and even struggled for weeks to get important glaucoma eye-drop refills. Recently, my longtime eye doctor stopped accepting my insurance, and when I suddenly developed an urgent vision problem, I found myself without an eye doctor at all. My wife called Eagle Eye Care, and they got me in the very next day for an emergency appointment. They accepted my insurance, saw me promptly, and treated me with professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern from the moment I walked through the door. Everyone in the office was outstanding. The front-office staff was friendly and efficient, Nirav was professional and helpful, and Dr. Rock... "ROCKS!" She was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to address my concerns. The entire team worked together seamlessly, and I left feeling confident that I was receiving excellent care. In just one visit, Eagle Eye Care earned my trust. I was so impressed that I immediately decided I wanted them to be my eye-care providers going forward.
