Dr. Chad Poole, Amber the tech and Rose at front desk are extremely awesome!!! Today was the first time my four year old child has ever seen an eye doctor. There was a look of worry on her face and they put us both at ease. It showed in the work they did, they truly care and enjoy what they do. They talked us through every step and gave a lot of information without me having to ask. I thank God for the experience we had today!!! Your work doesn’t go unnoticed and we are grateful for the encounter today. Good customer service is truly hard to find these days especially since Covid. This place is stellar. My first experience was over a year ago when they fit me in immediately for a corneal infection. They went above and beyond to get me a pair of glasses made for me that visit. Today I went for a yearly exam. Same high level of customer service. They were engaging and profession even with my toddler who at times was apprehensive about watching what was happening to her papa. Entire staff is warm and welcoming. Thanks East Athens for making our visit an enjoyable experience.
