I am a patient of Dr Alexander Dillon. The Doctor diagnosed the issue, explained the treatment and provided the right care. I am very happy with the care provided by Dr Dillon and the staff at EBRC San Ramon. They are friendly and efficient.

People think Dr Britton is a great guy and a good dr. when in fact quite the opposite is true.
He denies you medications that you need and plays Russian Roulette with your eye care.
Stay away from this man and his office
