Every time I've visited them for an eye examination or to shop for glasses, I've had consistently positive experiences. Just a few days ago, I had an eye exam, and it was another excellent visit. The optometrist was the first one to thoroughly explain the signs and symptoms of deteriorating eyesight to me. She displayed kindness and patience as she listened to my struggles with poor vision while discussing prescriptions for both glasses and contacts. When it came to contacts, they provided me with a trial pair and a few extra contact lens samples to ensure that the prescription was accurate. They also instructed me to call within three weeks to confirm the correctness of my contact lens prescription, which left me feeling reassured. The front desk staff was equally outstanding. They advised me to return at a later time to take advantage of a rebate and a discount provided by my insurance when purchasing the next batch of contacts. 5/5 service

I came to the center as time scheduled but the doctor was 20 mins late. During the waiting time, I complained about the bad experience more than one time, all the staffs heard but nobody said sorry or called the doctor to check his arrival time. They just ignored, pretending heard nothing！If the doctor can't arrive on time, just don't make early appt! You should not waste customer time.

100% they gave a rude & rasict customer service demeanor. When you snicker in a different language in front of a customer after a price is questioned, or when you don't buy their frames, it's probably going to be offensive. The doctor was nice but the office staff was rude, wearing Hello Kitty sweat pants under a lab coat, and unprofessional.
