I’ve been seeing Dr D for 15 years. He’s an incredible doc and his staff is so always so helpful and kind!

I have been going here for four years and I love it. They always get me an appointment fast and Dr. Dvorzsak and the lady are super personable and sincere.

Whoever was working up front answering the phone 9-23-24 needs to be fired. Absolutely rude, dismissive and argumentative. The doctor in this office should not have anyone representing them at all. We have a history with the doctor. Can’t even get past this rude person to see the doctor.

Dr D is the best! He is so patient with my elderly parents. I don't trust anyone else to do their eye exams. I highly recommend!

NEVER go to this place until they get a new front desk person.She is an absolute horror. I went back after last year because the doctor was so nice and very thorough but if you cannot get to the doctor because by the time the front desk person has been about as hateful as she can be there is no use going. If he really wanted to know what it was like to be a patient there he would call me and find out. I was on the phone with BCBS for whom his office is a provider and the customer service person and her supervisor both heard the receptionist being horrible. They said she was wrong, I did have coverage but she would not hear about it and accused me to the dr for wanting something for nothing. Both people at BCBS encouraged me to let them refer me to a different doctor and to walk out of there immediately. Once outside they gave me instructions and encouraged me to file a formal grievance as they were concerned about their clients going there to deal with that. That is how bad she was. She cost their business a customer, the vision wear place a customer and I don't even want to ever go to that Walmart again.

Dr.Dvorzsake has been great every time that I've gone here. He's been very friendly and welcoming which is the reason I chose to keep coming back.

Dr Devon is great!! He takes time to explain details, me and my wife both go there. Mike out front is also great he takes his time to make sure the perfect fit and the lens are right.

The front office person in this organization was very Pleasant, Respectful And all around delight to be with as I waited for my appointment.Enjoy my time waiting to see the doctor.

Dr. Dvorzsok is one of the best eye doctors I’ve ever had. He’s very kind, friendly, cheerful, patient, compassionate, understanding and easy to talk to. I’m never disappointed with his services. I know I can always trust and count on him to get the job done.

I had a very pleasant experience getting an eye exam for prescription glasses here. They were reasonably priced, had a friendly and personable staff, that were quick to get you into your appointment with no problems. Dr.Dvorzsake was great, very friendly and easy to talk to. He went about the examination at a great pace, and was very professional in his method, was clearly very good at his profession. He also took the time to explain and talk to you about how your eyes are doing and their health and gave good advice. My exam did not feel rushed, as it has felt for me when I have been to other opticians. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Dvorzsake!
