Eye doctor was good. Do not recommend buying glasses here. Glasses here cost as much as 2 pairs elsewhere and they do not have a return policy. Recommend Walmart or Costco which do! Below is photo sent to me when I asked for full refund 1 business day after order. Paid $460. $343 was refunded. Said the lenses were already cut and they kept the cost $120. There was no paperwork from the order. Just the visa receipt. Unprofessional and a bit of a pressure sale because they don’t mark prices on the frames nor tell you cost of lenses until they have spent time making you feel a bit obligated. Well obligation relieved with the $120 they kept!

This was my first visit to the office. I haven’t had my vision checked in decades. This is by far the nicest friendliest staff you can ever find. Dr Shorrock is very efficient and thorough. She is patient and takes quality time with you… this is a very warming atmosphere. I highly recommend this office where you get personal care. I’ve seen Dr. Robin Shorrock for over twenty years. Both the doctor and her staff are wonderful. When I walk in the office, I am greeted by the staff in a warm and casual way. Dr. Shorrock takes her time and listens. I highly recommend East Side Vision Center!
