The doctor was great and so was Sal, but the front desk is the worst! The girls working the front desk are rude and respond with a great amount of attitude. I have called, left emails, voice messages and they still have not responded back. When they do pick up, they immediately place you on hold for up to 25 minutes and when they pick up, they have the nerve to be disrespectful and not even allow to express what your calling about. By far, the worst. Will not be returning to this location. They need to get their front desk properly trained in customer service.

I've been a patient at East West Eye Institute for over 30 years. The doctor's are excellent, however, my recent experience with the front desk office staff at the Gardena office has been extremely frustrating due to their incompetence. They are the most unprofessional I've dealt with of any medical office front desk. Over the course of three working days, I've called the Gardena office numerous times during business hours. Each time I was either placed on hold and never helped or my call rolled to the answering service. I would leave a message and never receive a call back. This is unacceptable and changes need to be made. Management needs to do a better job of training staff and implementing new processes/procedures to improve this poor service. Otherwise, you will start losing long time loyal patients such as myself.

I saw the doctor regarding my dry eyes that have been causing me problems for years and she told me to get over the counter eye drops as if I haven't already tried that. I called on a Thursday and spoke with a receptionist and left a message to get a prescription for eye drops and no one has called me back or sent over the prescription to the pharmacy and there phone is ALWAYS being forwarded to the answering service. This place is horrible
