I paid $195 out of pocket for an eye exam and left twice with a prescription weaker than I started with. I showed them my last prescription and they still can't get it right. So, now I have to spend more money to go get the right prescription. This office claims they want people to barely see. America's Best uses virtual eye doctors and does a much better job. Will be scheduling an appointment with them immediately before my eyes get worse because of these people at Eastern Eye Associates. You could do better with a school nurse eye exam, go anywhere else.

The entire team is patient, kind, and understanding during my journey in trying to start wearing contacts! I couldn't be happier and very much agree with most other's synopsis (; I would highly recommend!

They are rude, cancel appointments, don’t follow up and refuse to give you your contact prescriptions. I had a significant death in my family out of state. I was handling a difficult situation in a hospital and they did not call to follow up. When I called several weeks later for my prescription for contacts that they charged me 100.00 fitting fee for outside of the 200.00 exam they stated that since I didn’t call five days after my appointment they would not give me a prescription. I was their customer for 17 years. They are awful and just want your money. They could care less about patients. I hope Mr. Dr. Meadows reassess his policies and retrains his front office staff! Don’t take your dog there!
