First two visits had a bit of a hiccup but after speaking with JP and the front staff everything has been addressed and resolved. Exams was done once more for verification was quick and to the point. Doc gave my son advice and tips for his new contacts. Again would like to thank JP and the staff for getting it done.

I had a comfortable, smooth experience at this office. Very clean, neat facility. Bruno was extremely helpful at check-in with rescheduling one of my children ASAP and with insurance authorizations. Laelah was amazing and gentle. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions about procedures and billing. Never appeared bothered by having to get up and go confirm answers to my questions. I always recommend Edinburg Vision Center.

I walked in went up to the receptionist to check in. I told her my full name, the time of my appointment and that I was there for a follow up. She then looks up at me and proceeds to ask what my name is, what I was there for and at what time my appointment was for…I stood there confused because I had just given her all that information but she clearly was not taking it in. I then waited close to 3 hours to see the doctor and spent around 3 minutes with him. He seemed genuinely nice, but coming from a person that is extremely patient the wait time was horrible and I tried not being bothered by it. I understand they have other patients coming in ,but I just felt that they could have spared those 3 minutes the first hour I was there. Definitely bring a book and a blanket because it’s going to be a hot minute until you’re seen.
