I found Dr. Ha is arrogant and unprofessional. She will not answer your questions or explain anything, if you tell her that you do not want to go for a specific service. When a doctor whom one has paid to get service and know eye condition won’t explain, it shows that the doctor is only interested in making money and do not care about patient. After I posted this review, I see Dr. Ha responded here with some irrelevant details. What I’ve noticed that when she is starting her initial conversation and examining you, her behavior is very nice but when custom is NOT buying what she is trying to sell and she finds this customer is not going to be paying more, she is NOT interested to answer anything and gets UPSET and behavior completely changes.. Because I decided NOT to go fir contacts (which I’ve the full rights to decide), she completely walks away. I had to ask her 5 times to atleast explain my eyeglass prescription but first she tell me, whosoever you’ll go to get your glasses can understand your prescription. When I keep insisting on atleast I should understand that what this prescription means, she half heartedly answers partially as if she does not care but because she has to say something. Instead of apologizing of her behavior, she tries to justify her arrogance and unprofessional behavior by providing irrelevant details and trying to project as she and her office is right but the customer trying show her true self is wrong.

Me and my family got our glasses and eye exam here. My wife brought in her old frames for her sunglasses and we were told that they could change the lenses but because they were old frames that they would not be responsible if they broke. We understood and we're happy that we were told that. They were able to change the lens and treated the frames with extreme care. My daughter also got her glasses she felt they were crooked and they took their time with her to make sure they were perfect for her. The doctor and the staff here were great and took the doctor took her time with my wife and daughter to make sure that all their needs were met. Thank you to everyone in that office.

Dr. Ha is awesome! She's friendly, attentive, and works very efficiently. With my previous doctors I usually need to spend more than an hour + waiting time to go through my eye exam and get a new prescription. With her I got out of the door in just half an hour (I told her I am still on the clock and she understood the assignment LOL) and I already picked my frame! Definitely recommend this place!
