If you plan on waiting over 1 & a 1/2 hours this place is for you. First time here and the girl at the front desk said usually it takes 1-2 hours with the doctor.
This is the first and last time I’ll use Edison Ophthalmology Associates.
Women who came in after me had a 12:30 appointment and was told she’d see the Dr. around 2:30. (2 hour wait).
The excuse that the owners just wrote is no excuse to have someone wait 2 hours.
If you really cared about the patient and not just the money why did you schedule an another patients appointment a half hour after my appointment knowing that i would have to wait 1-2 hours and it takes 1 hour with the Dr. you now knowing will have that patient wait 3+ hours.
But you scheduled her anyway.
That’s just not a place that cares about the patient no matter what excuse you can come up with.

First eye for cataract surgery and was very happy with the results and experience overall! Doctor Jon Park is smart, confident, and knowledgeable. It was a great decision to be in his care! Many thanks!! Please keep up the great work. Looking forward to my second eye surgery soon!

If you’re nervous about having cataract surgery as I was, get yourself to the excellent Dr. John Park and his first-rate support staff at Edison Ophthalmology.
Insurance companies won’t pay for laser cataract surgery, and I worried about having someone slice open my eyeball, but Dr. Park finished in 10 minutes with no pain. I didn’t realize he had finished until he told me! His long, deep experience in the procedure was clearly evident.
With great detail and care, Surgical Coordinator Heather Biezewski carefully guides you through the entire process. After you first see Dr. Park, she’ll contact your health insurance provider, explain the pre-surgical procedure and testing required, and help you work with the surgical center where you’ll have the operation.
Heather will keep track of you every step of the way and patiently answer all your questions. You can’t find a better guide; if she ever leaves her job, she could work as a Sherpa guide in the Himalayas, ha.
My second cataract surgery, four weeks after the first, went just as well.
In short, for cataract surgery you can’t go wrong with Dr. Park, Heather, and the technicians at Edison Ophthalmology.
