Staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Chang is personable, explains the patient's conditions and answers questions thoroughly. Facility is comfortable and maintained well. Usually wait times are not long, however on the occasion of this particular visit the wait time was longer than normal.

Very impressed! Everyone I encountered during my visits was friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr. Chang was amazing! Diagnosed a problem previously missed elsewhere and was able to fix it with a quick laser procedure. He made me feel comfortable and calm while he explained the problem and options. He patiently answered all my questions. Very professional, kind to patients and staff. Highly recommend!

Everyone who works at this office is very professional and friendly. The wait is never too long. The office is neat and clean and I really like Dr. Chang. He is willing to answer questions as well as explain everything the patient needs to know. I have been going to this office for several years and I only have great things to say about my experience as a patient at the Forbes location in Pittsburgh!
