Dr. Yung, who is a competent doctor, believes in ripping the bandage off with bad news. Which I can appreciate. But I would have appreciated being given a minute to digest what I was hearing and discussing options. It was like he dropped a bomb and left quickly after laying out a possible step forward. One that would not work for me. Perhaps he had a bad day. But maybe a discussion on his beside manner is in order.
