Very disappointed at this practice. First appointment your schedule today before Thanksgiving I was asking if the office will be open and schedule yourself as well and we ended up coming in the officers close, we didn’t get any call to reschedule the appointment. I Which ended up schedule another appointment at 10:40am and didn’t give me a call to ask if that time works for or not they just automated rescheduled to a different time so I have to call back to reschedule to the time I can fit in, they just changed it again the day before without noticing the patient. This time I’m really done. I don’t want to keep calling and they kept changing the appointment time. Very bad customer service. Never gonna go back

I went here today and was worried after seeing some of the previous reviews. But it was nothing at all to be worried of. The front receptionist was very nice and there was little to no wait. I was informed well of what was happening throughout my exam. Each person i spoke to had a nice personality and was willing to answer questions. I was treated with respect and truly enjoyed the visit. This was my first eye exam in over ten years so it was refreshing for this to go so smoothly.

Scheduled an appointment 3 months ago. The night before my appointment got a call from the office that they need to cancel my appointment because there is no doctor that day and they will call me back to reschedule. 3 weeks late4 haven't hot a call I decided to call to see why haven't got a call and to schedule another appointment. Called th3 main scheduling line explained what happened th3y said they need to transfer me to the office to sort this out. They did spok to tge receptionist she denied that I got a call or spoke to anyone and she trasfre me back to the scheduling department not even giving me a chance to ask any questions. Transfered back went thru the hold and the usual questionnaire just to tell me they don't accept my insurance and I have to call my my insurance to get a different provider. Called my insurance asked them if the office is a current providers with the insurance, they verify it and I did file a complaint and they provide me with a different provider anf I got an appointment with 4 days not 3 or 4 months. 1 note I was in that office a few years back it wasn't like this.

I was at my appointment on time. After a half hour I asked how much longer it would be. The woman behind the desk was not rude, but she did not apologize for the inconvenience. She also couldn’t answer my question. As a teacher, I frequently apologize to family members or students even when the issue lies with the district - because I’m the face of the district - I’m its representative. I finally left after 50 minutes and I will be getting in touch with the practice and/or the hospital because they need to train the workers on customer service. Assure clients in the waiting room that you didn’t forget them and apologize for their long waits. It costs nothing. The other weird thing is that I looked up from my book when I heard the other receptionist being rude to a patient. I don’t know if the woman had just gotten up from a seat in the waiting room or if she had come from the doctor - she was an older Asian woman. The receptionist said, “Take a seat. I’m working with a patient and she’s with a patient too. Sit down.” I only looked up because a voice was raised - the patient had not said anything that I could hear and even if she had been rude, there was no call for the office worker to speak to her so dismissively. I wonder if we would have been treated this way in a suburban practice. Einstein is in the city - I live two blocks away - and I’ve never seen this attitude at a suburban doctor’s office.
