Would give 0 if I could. I’ll make this short. Dr. Brennan prescribed new contacts for me, but wouldn’t give me the prescription at my appt. He told me to try them out and get back to him. I’ve called 4 times now and have not received a callback, and have now been out of contact lenses for 3 days and counting. Nobody is helpful in the office. Now what do I do? I’m reporting you!

It takes hours to get a hold of anyone to make an appointment. And when you select the call back option, they redirect you to a different department, who then redirects you back to Opthamology's automated service, which hangs up. It's almost impossible to schedule without having to go inside and do it. I know I'm not the only one, as I've seen another patient go inside the office and complain about not being able to schedule. I needed to get a pre-certification for a procedure and they said they'd call back. Never did that either. I called my insurance company, who also told me that Einstein never requested for one. This has been going on for a month. Highly disorganized and very disappointed.

They cancelled my original appointment with Dr. Young, one of the opthalmologists, a few days before the appointment because 'he decided he wasn't going to come in Monday.' Then they said I wouldn't be able to reschedule for a month with him, but I could see another doctor. So I said that would be fine. After my appointment, I realized that I had seen an optometrist, not an opthalmologist. I was still billed at the same rate, too. I feel that the secretarial staff was misleading. While the optometrist was friendly, he was unable to really figure out what was wrong with my eyes and prescribed me a steroid eyedrop that didn't work but cost me $80 even after insurance.
