I genuinely don’t know if there is a doctors office that respects your time less. I gave them far too many chances. They’ll have you wait 45mins after your scheduled appointed just to tell you to reschedule. Also, in the past it also took them nearly a month to figure out/renew one of my prescriptions. Please go ANYWHERE else!!!

I needed to have a prescription renewed. Three attempts were made--the first one by my pharmacy, the 2nd two by me by phone. I was told that my request would be submitted as "urgent" to the reviewing physician. No response. I have run out of my medication. I have been waiting for a week. Talk about slipping through the cracks.... Guess I have to go there in person and beg.

The receptionists are very rude for one. I went in as a follow up from the ER and all the resident doctor wanted to talk to me about was anxiety and depression and not the GI issues I was having. They would not listen to any concerns I had and made me make a follow up appointment to talk about my mental health. I have already bee diagnosed and been getting help. I told them I wanted my flu shot and they made me wait about hour before someone came down the hall! They completely forgot about me. I would highly recommend finding a different place to go to.

If I could give these people a negative 5 stars I would. I don't think I've ever posted an online review, but after enduring the horrific service of this practice over and over I felt compelled to leave a cautionary review for anyone who is thinking about using this place--DONT DO IT. Problems across the board ranging from *cant get a Rx filled without calling 10x *Appts they take you 45 mins late and the appt takes 10x longer than it should *cant meet with an actual Dr; it's always a resident who doesnt have any say in anything so they're running in & out of the room to talk to the attending Dr while just leaving you in the room

2hrs & Counting for an Annual Physical! 315p appointment; time is currently 501p! I’m literally sitting in the room waiting on the resident to come back with the doctor. I’ve watched people come and go-and I’m still sitting here! I have no medications on file, generally healthy, clear labs etc-why is this appointment taking so long?! Not sure if it has anything to do with the recent Jefferson Health merger-but this office has gone downhill; this will be THE LAST YEAR this practice sees me!

Had a scheduled appt for a 3 month follow up. Upon arrival, I was informed that my doctor had called out sick and I would be seeing a different intern. When the substitute came in she started to complain immediately that she was upset that Dr A infected everyone in the office because she was coughing the day before an she was upset that she was called in to cover....she acted in an extremly unprofessional manner.... I told her that I had all testing and she said that I didn't have a colonoscopy which I gave her the date of then she asked if it was done in Flourtown because she did have the results. I'll told her that I have trouble getting back to sleep after I get up to use the bathroom. She prescribed a rx that googled..which is for psychosis with pages of side effects including suicide. I also told her that i had 2 i new health ssues that i wanted to discuss amd she said i dpkt want to step on anyone's toes so she blew me off....Needless to say, I will not go to her again. I was not treated well by her however the MA who I had encountered before is marvelous.

Dr Esrick needs to hang up his stethoscope and go work at a shoe store. Couldn't be less helpful. I had debilitating panic issues because of a problem with my dog and he told me to get rid of my dog. I had unbelievable pain that lasted months and ended up requiring surgery, I tried going to him ONE TIME in desperate need of help and he called me a "drug seeker" while I sat there in tears. Evil human. He doesn't care about people, I have no idea why he chose to be a doctor. Go to Main Line Health! Far superior Healthcare! Einstein is awful. Terrible greedy people

Call for an appointment to the call center, given an appointment for doctor Esrick for 7/10/23 at 7 pm. I showed up for my appointment and was told I had no appointments in the system. The receptionist checked with Dr. Esrick to get me in to see him tonight, and he said that he would not see me. His practice has changed dramatically since I started going five years ago. If I could give a minus number of stars, I’d give a -10. Don’t waste your time with this practice.

Dr.Ayesha Jilani and Dr. Sabin Tripathi are very Co-Operative,Ever-Smiling and Kind-Hearted. They give enough time and listen to the patients carefully and attentively. Me and my wife are quite satisfied with the way they treated us. Full Marks to both of them.

Avoid this practice at all costs. Be warned! The receptionist lady Linda is very rude and disrespectful. The physicians are also unprofessional. Please find another practice.

Today I had an appointment at 8:45 am to see my primary doctor per ER recommendation. So I called the front desk lady at approximately 8:15am to let her know that I was on my way and I unfortunately was unable to print out the new patient form. I politely asked her if I would be able to fill one out while in the office.She straight up told me no. This place isn’t compassionate and caring at all. I refuse to reschedule. I will be changing practices soon after my labor and delivery. I regret not reading the reviews. Lesson learned. That Receptionist needs training. She is very cold, rude and has a bad attitude. Very miserable lady.

I came into pick up immunization records, which I called for in advance. I walked in and the two receptionist at the front didn't even look up from their computer for several minutes to acknowledge me. I work at a family practice office myself. I think if patients are your business, you should at least be more customer friendly.

I had a recent visit here and the receptionists were very kind and polite. The nurses and doctors were too. Mine was a wellness exam and I was happy with the service provided. The wait time for the doctor was about 15 min after the nurse finished with the vitals etc. The doctor did spend sufficient time and answered all my questions too.

I have tried time after time to simply cancel an appointment for 10/2018 @10:30am. Have tried yesterday till I stopped. Try again today: no luck. No one answers the phone and being put on hold for 15 min time after time is ridiculous. Doesn’t this Office have an EMAIL??

I have gone here for over 25 years to this practice. I just recently had enough and changed to a new practice. Why you ask? Because I went to the doctor in tears having anxiety attack’s again. I asked him to please read my chart. I have been on meds before for my OCD and under stress and it’s getting worse again. Mind you, I have been off meds for 10 years. He told me - wait for it...... I don’t know you well enough. I will give you a referral to the phsych clinic on DeKalb st. I knew then after over 25 years it was time to move on. They don’t care today. They don’t even know you today. They are scared to death to prescribe anything.

They’ll charge you for canceling your appointment to late but god forbid they take you back AT your appointment time. I haven’t been to this office once without waiting AT LEAST half an hour. And the only doctor there who is any good left to go work for the Einstein hospital just up the road.

Dr. Michael Esrick is a very pushy, inconsiderate, argumentative, dismissive know it all! Horrible bedside manner. He pushes his personal opinions over documented facts. It's his way or the highway regardless of the patients past experiences or moral objections. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy!

Ignorant people in the office, they're not helpful at all. The pharmacy called in my meds on Mon, still not approved on Fri, so much for their 72 hrs.. Apparently now the doctors office uses common core math in order to determine if or when they're going to provide you with your LIFE SAVING MEDICATIONS. Time to fire these people and find a new doctor.

No answer for 12 minutes. I had a question about my medication. I called my Einstein Primary because my Einstein Neurologist never responds! My medical history contains stroke and seizures, and I can't be certain I'll hear back from any doctor! I simply have to leave Einstein - Any suggestions?

My husband made an appointment through Zocdoc online for the office. He made the appointment for Saturday which was available through Zocdoc. The office called him to verify his appointment and that since he was a new patient, that he would be emailed the paperwork to fill out so he is all set to go for his visit. After the paperwork was emailed, he got a phone call a few days later saying they needed to cancel his appointment due to new patients can’t come in on Saturdays. This was AFTER they emailed him the new patient paperwork. When I called the office to ask them what the issue was the lady told me “oh well the person he spoke to didn’t know that we don’t take new patients on Saturdays”. I’m sorry but I work for a doctors office as well, and every single person working there knows what the office policies are. This is possibly why they only have two stars which I told the lady on the phone. I have family members that go to this office and they have never had a problem, I just don’t understand. He was coming in for something serious and now has to find another physician to go to. My rating is ZERO.

Rude staff when you call to schedule a simple appointment. They actually sigh when you call to schedule a simple annual physical. Also, be prepared your appointment time means only you cannot be late. I once waited two hours in the screening room for the doctor and that does not include time in the waiting room.

Very slow. Waited over an hour ro be seen each time I was there. Rude people at the front desk. Norristown Family Physicians are way better. Had the flu on a wednesday afternoon, they told me I could be seen Monday. That was helpful. I am so happy to be away from this place.

This is a horrible place with extremely long waiting time. I just need a very simple form to be done. The nurse was rude. I called in advance and never called me back. Have to walk in to pick up the form, waited for about two hours just for a signature on the form. I complained and the nurse's response is if you can't wait just come back another day. Don't recommend to anyone. Avoid this office!

I have been going there for years. They have just been brought into the Einstein Group which they had bit of a learning curve using computerized records. This will make them a better provider. I feel they are now fully absorbed and have their act together. Never had a problem with them really. The doctors there are great. I always make an appointment first. Just like every other professional.
