Friendly, knowledgeable, and kind! My eyes are a bit unordinary, the doctor took time to answer my question and explain the ins and outs. Echelon Vision Center will always be my first choice!

I had a very frustrating experience at this optometrist. I paid around $670 for a pair of glasses here in the past, and recently, I found a similar pair elsewhere for around $174. That’s a 74% difference in price for essentially the same product! Not only was I massively overcharged, but the quality of the glasses I received was also subpar. The markup is completely unreasonable for such poor quality. I won’t be coming back and would strongly recommend shopping around to avoid being overpriced.

Great experience. Best vision exam I have ever had and great staff and physician.

They are short staffed because they must treat their staff like they treat their patients. I believe in doing the right thing. Treat people with compassion and respect. They dont. The girls were so kind in the fitting area. It's certainly not them.

Honestly, living in LA it was worth coming back just for Dr.Ekelund and the lovely office staff who make this process seamless. Wonderfully intelligent and dedicated vision doctor who has unbelievable passion and knowledge, and the staff are so friendly and made choosing the proper frames seamless. They have treated my mother and I so incredibly kindly over the years I cannot recommend them enough.

Dr Ekelund took time out of his lunch to look at my eye, it was painful and I could not find anything in it. After examining it he gave me some eye drops and explained that whatever was in it had come out and did minimal damage. He didn't even charge me. Great guy, beautiful office, wonderful staff!

I was a good friend of his wife, Linda, a beautiful nice woman and if she married Ken then he must be good. Bill. B
